Civil Engineer / Builder
Qualification:
• B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management/Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Professional licenses: P.E., PMP, CCM, or safety training (OSHA 30).
• CAD and BIM software expertise (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
• 5–10+ years experience with field supervision and direct project management.
• Strong structural analysis knowledge and proven project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex projects, scheduling, risk, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead diverse teams with excellent communication.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Handle contract/vendor management.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure safety compliance, and interpret building codes.
• Oversee quality control and project delivery on time and within budget.
Head of Corporate Sales
Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
• 8+ years sales experience, 4+ in leadership roles.
• Must have experience handling high-value (seven-figure) deals.
• Strong financial modeling ability for proposals.
• MBA or hotel administration certification preferred.
• Strong network in hospitality and institutional investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead corporate sales of real estate and mixed-use properties.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with investors and corporations.
• Manage corporate leasing, off-plan investment portfolios, and negotiations.
• Present proposals and coordinate high-level sales transactions.
• Drive revenue across all sales channels.
• Act as primary executive contact for major institutional clients.
Marketing Executive
Qualification:
• B.Sc in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3+ years experience in real estate marketing or property development.
• Proven campaign management with strong lead generation results.
• CRM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing proficiency.
• Strong research and marketing strategy development.
