Based on our track record and as part of efforts to provide houses for workers in contribution to rebuilding North-East Nigeria, through our affiliate, Merit Homes and Property Ltd AIBEN Investment & Properties partnered with the government of Katsina State, to deliver 500 housing units.

This project which took off early 2017 and is on track to be completed in 2020, is a Public Private Partnership PPP that has seen us delivering the houses and government providing infrastructure services.  Katsina state government has provided 50Hectares of land for the project, which is to be financed through the National Housing Scheme Fund, NHSF, of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and other private financiers abroad and workers.
