Chief Andy Elerewe is a real estate mogul with over 18 years of entrepreneurship experience. He is highly revered in the Nigerian built sector.
He was the immediate past Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, REDAN, FCT Chapter, and the association’s current National Vice President of the North Central Zone.
He is a fellow of several professional bodies, including the Nigeria Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Project Managers, among others.

He studied Management and Accounting at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Afterwards, he had several executive programmes both local and international, including a higher Diploma in Business Management from the renowned Metropolitan School of Business and Management, U.K.
He also had an M.B.A from the University of Chichester UK, where he graduated top of his class with a distinction. He is currently pursuing his P.H.D from same University.
He also had a Masters in Environmental Management from the Nassarawa State, University.
Andy has several awards and laurels to his name with the most recent being the Developer of the Year Award by the Nigerian Society of Engineering, N.S.E.

Engr. Benedicta Elerewe is a graduate of Ambrus Ali University, Ekpoma where she studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Over the years, she has built a robust experience in building construction.
She currently holds a Higher National Diploma in Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, U.K.
She is a COREN certified engineer and a member of several institutes, including Chartered Institute of Management.

Engr. Kayode Adetinmehin studied Metallurgical & Materials Engineering at Federal University of Technology Akure, FUTA before proceeding to study Electrical Engineering at the same University.
A member of several engineering profession, including COREN. also a member, chartered institute of operations management He has 16years construction experience.
Admin Manager
Ezenwa, Augustine Udoka, a graduate of Agricultural Economics and Extension, from the prestigious University of Calabar, Calabar, Cross River State.
He heads the admin department of AIBEN Groups. He’s an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and many other professional bodies in Nigeria.
